Twin Peaks. This would be a right nick for the Csík / Ciuc, as the highest point in these mountains is found on two different peaks sharing the same elevation (the Naskalat / Noșcolat and the Saj-havas / Șoiul Mare): 1553 m.a.s.l. With the remark that there is quite a distance between the two. A distance that goes along smooth ridges, across rare forests and extensive pastures. Excellent mountains for cross country cycling, as the main ridge is generally followed by a good trail. Just mind the speed while approaching one of the many sheepfolds, their fine cheese, friendly shepherds eager to talk to the stranger and, well, their dogs not very keen on speedy creatures.
